High-Performance Engine Coatings
Beyond powder and ceramic, we run a full line of performance engine coatings intended for internal components. Used correctly, they can meaningfully lift output and longevity. Call us if you're not sure which ones pair with your build.
Dry-film lubricants
For rod and main bearings. Reduces friction, galling, and scuffing on any part subject to rotating friction. No clearance changes required.
Thermal barrier
For combustion-chamber surfaces. Keeps heat in the chamber longer through the power stroke, which increases torque, horsepower, and combustion efficiency.
Extreme-pressure lubricant (buff-on)
For cylinder walls, lifter bores, and valve guides. Carries loads up to 350,000 PSI, reduces friction and wear, and improves ring seal and leakdown.
High-load durable lubricant
Primarily used to build up piston skirts. Durable and long-lasting in very high-RPM engines running very long rods.
Thermal dispersant
For intake manifolds, brake components, and oil pans. Pulls heat off the surface and distributes it evenly, aiding cooling of sensitive parts. Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
High-heat I.D. coating
For the internal diameter of chrome exhaust pipes. Blocks bluing and smooths the port for better flow — an effective thermal barrier for exhaust ports.
