Our process
Simple, transparent, reliable.
We run an indexing batch operation — no machine-run line. Every part is loaded, prepared, checked, and finished by hand by experienced coaters. You'll know the price, the process, and the timing before we start.
Step 01
Consult
Call us with the part and what it has to live through.
Step 02
Submit
Drop it off or ship it in — we confirm on arrival.
Step 03
Prepare
Waste-reduction burn-off, then media blast with aluminum oxide or garnet, and mask to spec.
Step 04
Coat
Apply electrostatically — powder, ceramic, or nonstick — then cure in a dedicated oven.
Step 05
Inspect & ship
Final QC, photos, and back out the door.
